HI all, i;m new here. just got a resale 4 room flat at Clementi recently. lookg for ID firm. went to the renov fair recently. got approached by the ID , Mervyn from Arts and THots. He seemed very friendly and enthu. sound very prof in his work. But he keep asking us to sign up renov package with him. promising a lot of freebies and good things. Is arts and thots good? heard some review on arts and thots b4. mostly are not that gd. Anyone would like to share?
