just got the pd door installed on top my old toilet door frame..... is that normal or the contractor laziness ???

think of buying some desk and drawer from them @ funan outlet, after i get my ikea micke desk refund... they have sale for office furniture till end of jun. I walked in and nobody service me. seeing them busy chit chatting. anyone have experience in this outlet??

my contractor told me he will use ICI wash but end up using nippon odorless then he told my brother nippon odorless is better, said what must let it dry for 24hrs blah blah...then is washable like ici wash... and told me nippon odorless is more expensive... #$% i know ICI wash is more expensive but compare to nipon odorless which is better paint?
