Hi Reno Guru, i had renovated my hse 2 years ago but only officially stayed inside since Feb. But these few months, i realised that things are falling apart, eg : 1) Hanging TV console is loop-side now, which means it is starting to give way from the the support from the false wall. Thus tis lead to one of the drawers not able to close properly. 2) Some of the hom. tiles had cracked 4) Kitchen table top is scratched 3) Toilet pipes are leaking My renovation company can be considered a reputable company and they claim to have 8 years warrenty, plus case trust. But when we called out designer (whom we deal with), he did not pick up his call at all. After all these months, despite of us keeping calling to get them to send our warrenty cards as well as official receipt, they failed to do so. So now how shd we hound them to come and repair? Can I go to case trust? Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks
