Hi, can anyone give advice for the following reno items for a 3 room HDB 1)Hack existing floor tiles, old tiled up kitchen sink support, wall btw living and dining & ornamental ceiling $1.8K 2) to lay sand and cement for marble floor 375 sq ft $1.8K 3) To skim off rock finish of entire unit that consist living, dining and 2 bedrooms $1.9K I am a newbie in renovating my bachelor pad so some advice is thankful
