  1. Hardly give comments cause read already take so much time... hahah... I give some advise.

Since the bed room is fix. The MBR is there a need for the study table in the MBR?? If not take out and put the wardrobe (do they need big wardrobe??) there than place the TV at the wall of the original wardrobe. As for the bed would suggest to change to queen if the couple dun mind and turn the bed position to anti-clockwise... can get what I mean???

    Tks tks!!

I get what u mean. Long wardrobe is his wife's need :P (me oso like)

they hv no storerm so wan lots of storage lor

Think now he got to decide if want big bed, small wardrode.

    or otherwise.

    Their most likely draft plan:

    floorplan-2.jpg

This draft has one vital problem. The King bed will leave little or no space to walk :P

So think they may shift the bed against the wall or switch to queen bed instead >_<

Hope you all can share share opinions too.

    Present flat condition:

  3. Hi Adrian_john

really like ur drawings. so pro.

me like the 1st kitchen drawing w/o the island

but having the wash basin as in 2nd pic and open concept. ie no wall/glass door separating the service balcony & kitchen.

    (as in pic 2)

It should make the kitchen very spacious & less dark. IMHO only :)

having a service balcony is my dream. think i could only get it in my 3rd home :fingerscrossed:

  4. think it depends alot on ur budget and preference.

me like harder bed cos more support. so choose seahorse diamond mattress.

cheap to get king size at abt S$700. think it will last & last.

my mum's diamond mattress lasts for 7-8 yrs & still counting... never even 'sink' abit.

me got my storage bed frame from Nova (tradehub). nothing fancy just cheap & good :P

king size $750 :P me cheapo hor :P hahahaha...

But if u like soft, spongy type mattress, me see my auntie using simmon got v good review.

price wise... of course more ex. but think got many promo around.

  5. think me oso too late :P

Me oso use All Best. No problem at all.

fast installation. when we asked to make changes, response oso v fast.

we used them mainly their price is cheaper.

    lucky turned out ok lor.
