The agent will change a new one (still warrantly with them) for free. It is white in color for the body of the motor. I have also encountered such problem, but the issue has been resolved!

Purchase of aircon from any dealer like GC, A** B***, etc is not a issue. I think the main issue is the contractor who help to you to do the installation. If they have skilled workers, the chances for the aircon to breakdown is slim.

There isn't any reasonable COV. It depends on the seller and buyer who feel it is a right COV. Of course no COV require that will be great.... but I doubts so for current situation especiallt those mature estate
