  1. Hi, is this sink from poh joo too??
  2. That's the aircon ledge. The area is inaccessible unless u climb out.
  3. Thanks all for yr kind words! Couldn't locate my ID's layout drawing so attached herewith is something my bf and I did up in the initial stages. As we both have a lot of junk, we needed storage desperately! So we implemented them in these areas: DINING / FOYER: "Hidden storage" (purposely flushing it with the wall along the living room) STUDY: Extending a single bed outwards on the bay window (with storage cabinets below) MASTER BR: Customising drawers across the bay window We also wanted to maximise the space on the bay window ledge, so we are cushioning that portion in the living room area for additional seating capacity. Will sort out other pics on the reno process! Enjoy!
  4. Hello all, thanks for visiting. Overall I'm quite pleased with the unit. Will post some ID drawings soon. p.s. sunset, yes the master BR bathroom is marble tiled.
  5. Here are some pre-ID pics for yr viewing: Foyer The door on the left of pic is the kitchen. So it'll be on yr right as u enter from main door Kitchen The door on the right is where the bomb shelter / store room is located Living & Dining area (where planter is) Will cushion the bay window ledge to sit 2-3 pax. Living area Which also looks into the MBR and 2nd bedroom (at the left) Common Bathroom Personally quite like the standard finishings (esp bigas* mirror) & mosiac wall, etc. Master BR L-shaped bay window ledge - will be doing drawer storage across whole stretch Master BR Bathroom Notice the partially obstructed small bay window ledge at the left - will install tv there! Quite like the marble finishing, bigas* mirror and rain shower accessories Other side of the MBR Bathroom Kidding abt the tv part earlier, can't afford such indulgent lifestyle... 2nd BR Will fit a whole super single bed (lengthwise!) along the bay window ledge so the extended portion below will be converted to storage. Enjoy!
  6. Hello there, This place is One Leicester, just beside St Andrew Sch. The nearest MRT (<5min walk) is Potong Pasir. My reno is almost completed, will sort out the pics soon! I chose a smaller unit coz of 1) budget , 2) fuss-free maintenance (magic clean sweep & mop in 20mins, haha) and 3) city-fringe location.
  7. Hello all, to your queries: 1) The bomb shelter door looks typical. Not doing anything to it since its in the kitchen so still can accept the "utility look". The only good thing abt it is that the tiled wall beside came with a depression to fit the handle when the door is pushed 180 deg, so it kinda flushes. Otherwise, it just looks typical. 2) The structure at the window side are actually bay window ledge, yes even in the MBR toilet! So to make use of the space, I'm adding cushion in the living room ledge to sit 2-3 people, customising a row of drawers to the MBR ledge (for storage) & extended the ledge outwards in the other bedroom to fit a super single bed (with storage at the extended portion underneath). Will post some pics soon. For planter, the only 1 is in the dining area where there is a 3 panel sliding door. 3) Its a condo unit at Upp Seragoon.
  8. Hi pinkpetter, that's a bomb shelter and it opens in my kitchen. It serves as a storage which is something I can't get enough of.
  9. Hi guys, This is the first of a series of pics taken of my new apt. Pls feel free to hangout & linger... and of course, all feedback, suggestions & ideas welcome. The Layout Fortunately or otherwise, the tiny space makes it quite self-explanatory.
