Queen size storage bed with spring mattress for sale at $500. The Brand is Maxcoil Hamilton plush pillow top Queen Mattress bought at $1299 about 4 years ago with bed frame.
Very comfortable. Barely used as it was in my guest room, reason for selling is that I'm going to convert the guest room into a karaoke room.
Whatsapp me at 90125097 for pictures.

Plasma TV Vs LCD TV
For me I prefer Plasma TV over LCD TV mainly because of the response time.
No matter how advance their technology is today with LCD TV, they are still using Liquid inside the LCD panel that's why it's call (Liquid Crystal Display). They can never be faster than Plasma TV.
The colour produce from Plasma is also more vibrant, natural & soothing to the eyes.
I can't sit in front of a LCD tv for very long.
I also found a few interesting video on youtube to share with everybody. Hopes it helps...

Hi, anyone have their kitchen cabinets doors done with coloured glass instead of liminates?
If yes, I would like to know what is the price pfr?

Wow....I realise your air-con compressor is above the roof just like mine. Any entry point from your MBR to gain access to the compressor? Or need to "open" roof...remember to check hor.Well, we intend to remove the false ceiling at the service balcony so that access to the compressor shouldn't be a problem in future.

Hehe, true true. But for us w/out svc balcony, the washing machine and storage will eat into our kitchen space. So plus and minus, it's abt the same. Think if u can shift the L1 toilet door into the svc balcony, that area can put more kitchen cabinets for storage.Hehe, bedrm 2 quite shiok actually, can have WIW.
Got pics of the place to share with us anot?
Ok, here are some pictures (current) before reno.

Dunno whose...but it has been featured in some magazine. I saw this house on the magazine a few months backYa, this EM is at Yishun. My wife says die die she wants to do the same glass stairway as shown in the picture.

Ya, I totally agree that I the layout is interesting with a big store room & a service balcony but this layout also have a down side.
Because of the store room, the kitchen space is compromise.
Slightly smaller kitchen compare with others.

Hello everyone, I've just signed an OTP last week for an EM in Sembawang.
Here is the floorplan of my new home.

I like nath.adrie's layout too. Only sad thing is that the MBR is abit too longish for my liking and that the 2nd flr balcony is not at the MBR. hehehe..Oh, speaking about the biggest, there's some EMs at Bt Batok/Gombak that's 165sq ft! And the living rm ceiling is dbl story high. Those are super cool. Saw the ads in some property webbie, so there's no layout to share.
I agree with you totally Angel81
I think this is the EM you are referring to right?
This one is at Blk 289D Bukit Batok Street 25 with 165 sqm Possibly the biggest EM we can find in Singapore.

Hi all EM owners,
I have been reading this thread for a long time.
Currently, I'm staying in a 4 room flat in Sembawang for 9 years +.
I have 2 kids, a boy & a girl age 5 & 9 respectively.
I'm plannig to upgrade to an EM in Sembawang end of this year.
Reason why I choose Sembawang is because we've already gotten use to this place & I don't want my daugther to change to a new school & disrupt her studies as she's already in P3 this year.
Was wandering, is there any Sembawang EM owner here?
Would like to know the floor area & how the layout looks like.
Sembawang EM owners if you have any floor plan please share.

Mine is 339B, slightly west facing. We did consider hacking the wall of one of the rooms to make it MBR larger but we've decided to keep the room for now. Will only hack half of the kitchen wall to make a counter and to provide some sense of space for the tiny kitchen. For the kitchen, to maximise the space, we'll be making a U shape cabinet with sink facing the new opening, hob opp the window and a tall cabinet & tiny workspace at the opposite wall. Leaving just sufficient space for fridge and washing machine. A little tight but since we don't cook that often, should be passable.
Am moving from Wellington Circle to there. We've considered other places but decided to stick to Sembawang for now, other places stick relatively high.
Hi kthc, Johnson here. I'm staying in a 4 rm at blk 339A.
Am thinking of upgrading to a bigger flat something like yours.
We hope to move to the same area because me & my wife really like this place very much especially it's near the Sun Plaza & MRT.
How much did you pay for your 5 room?
