to allow circulation, there's a gap behind my cabinet and i got 4 holes (2 top and 2 bottom) to allow the circulation for my hob, hood, oven and built-in fridge.

I don't think you need pipe, the hot air will evaporate though this hole and moreover the heat won't be too hot.
