    I went to the house last night and was so, so, so disappointed at a lot of things. Bedroom sidetable laminate doesn't match the TV feature wall; what should be a frameless glass partition has a frame!@#!!; what should be glass tinted wardrobe doors are clear/transparent, etc. I don't have the heart to enumerate all the mistakes right now. All I can say is, don't engage with UNIMAX and my ID. You'd pay more for a design that you don't want :~

    so did u feedback to your ID rgd all these outstanding stuffs? what's the ans then?

    31K to be exact...the TV one is my choice... For the furnitures I don't think they get a cut because I was the one

    who selected the shop. They just helped me to choose the colors that will match our theme..

    Reno cost is 31K though my budget is 40K. So I saved a lot.

    then your ID is really very good, to help you to save costs. No progress photos of your reno?

    Hi everyone !!

    I am planning to go to Guangzhou to shop for furniture and all kinds of home furnishings for my home.. I hear that they have very large furniture malls with good prices and great variety.. Could anyone of you guide me a little bit with names of the malls, their approx locations/districts and which area I should be staying in so that I dont waste much time in travelling and in traffic...

    I have tried googling it, but the info is not clearly provided and with so many districts I am confused !!!

    So pls try and help me out !!!

    yeah leh zhiz, reno process is like that, sad, happy, worried, pocket burn a hole but after all these stages and process, once the reno finishes and HO to you, you would miss the process and wana start all over again! haha. wishing you have a smooth ID selection and reno soon.

    totally agreed with you.

    personal experience with King's Furnishing. Really regretted buying from them.

    They cant even explain to us properly exactly what kind of leather is on the sofa.

    Before I buy they say full genuine leather.... its NOT.

    that time i also went to King's showroom at an industrial area, for a quick look, many selections, but we didn't like any of the designs, so didn't buy anything there. didn't knew their salesmen also dun have product knowledge too. :o:(

    Joemit, i sympthasie with you, my only bad experience with Silver is their bad quality furniture. bought a wardrobe from them the cheapest at $399 a few yrs old, have to top up another $100 for changing to another colour, after that top up another delivery charge at $50. so the cheap wardrobe is not so cheap after all. okie, then i used the wardrobe for about roughly 1 & a half yrs, the whole wardrobe door came tumbling down and whitish spots started to appear in the wardrobe too. so the quality is like............ very bad. wouldn't advise anyone to buy, so poor quality

    Process has been smooth so far but it is the buying of the stuff that is giving us headaches, especially when Lynn herself can't remember the contract from time to time and thus, even calling up to check things with her at times can end up more confusing than before...

    does ur machine also generate acidic water when u generate alkaline water?

    yeah when i switch the machine on it will have acidic water 1st, followed by alkaline water and a music, followed by machine voice saying 'Alkaline water selected'. yours have or not huh?

    hehe.. actually me find my boy rather short for his age. some of his classmates r much taller.

    we took lots of pictures now cos their bb faces change so much by the day :P

    See my boy when he was abt 6 mth old (i guess) I could not believe the changes too :D

    Your boy is really cute and chubby! wah really such a big difference now leh! so cute, makes me wana have kids now, hahahha. both of your kids are very cute. you must be very happy leh. but do they want you to always buy toys for them?

    Didn't see the workmanship yet so cannot say the pricing very reasonable. :D

    later all because of LOW $$$ , workmanship cannot make it :bangwall::bangwall::curse: also no use.

    yeah u will only know when the finished product is up and running. so what's the status of the reno now??

    I think all children are charming, esp during toddler time.

    My boy used to be a 'hamburger-face' abt 3-4 yrs old.

    now he has grown taller & leaner.

    My gal is 2.5 yrs & my boy is turning 6 next mth.

    wah really huh, your boy looks so tall! so during this period of time, did you take a lot of pics for them? btw, when you are slp, would both of your kids pull your left and right hand, and ask you to play together? how u would handle them?

    and now its kitchen window's turn. wanted to make sure all windows are closed before i left. and found out that the left panel cannot be latched in place. (._.")

    from this, it appears to me that the window contractor is quite a sloppy one.

    wow from the pics, it seems like the windows is gonna fall out from your unit anytime, better be careful and faster get the window contractor to fix it up ASAP, i'm afraid something is going to happen leh

    hi pink!

    mine is made in korea... mine i got from h20 resources, brand is KYK....my friend got from them n works very well... child use to have constipation n bad ezecma, but with the alkaline water, in 6mths time, no more constipation and ezecma 80% ok...

    i think mavelo more expensive right?

    how is ur experience with allkaline water?

    oh ic, my alkaline water experience is very very good. becos i am a meat lover, so thats why my hubby asked me to take the water, it definitely improved. everyday go to toilet. my hubby colleagues, says it helped to build up bones too! becoz the colleague child have some problems in walking, after taking for about a year or so, his child can walk better! i tink it helps to build up the soft bones and tissues in the leg too. huh mavelo is quite ex leh, but i tink its worth the price lor
