    Good News !!!

    I just received a call from HDB Branch Office informing me that my request for purchase of my recess area has been approved.

    Tmr gg down to the branch office to make payment....Woo Hoo !!! So happy !!! hahahaha

    Agree with Angel. + utimately, they still need to climb up to bath ya? Downstair only has a WC. If you have no plan for another bedroom...can tell them to shift up and u intend to use the utilty room as storeroom, cause the other bedroom too big to use as storeroom and not good to be vacant....then next time, if u got little baby, easier for them and yourself to take care of the little one's needs upstair.

    Nigel: I also think it's good if your parents can have a bedroom upstairs. actually they wana let u have privacy with wifey, close door can have privacy le ma...right? ;) also realise day time dun really need to climb up n down alot...if they don't mind, u can have a day bed in the utility room for them to rest and that may become a r & r room instead :)

    yeah nor, F4 then your hse reno is cheap leh, for an EM i saw other pple EM reno easily costs double of yours leh. what the heck, stairs so ex one huh?! tink i am out of tune liao

    Ya...I have to agree that my reno is really cheap. but mine also simple lah...nothing very designer...hehe...

    stairs really ex...even when uncle soon do my house he says if i do stairs hor, easily burst my budget de.

    pinklady, coffee shop owner got vit M lah....this is actually one of the better ones he gor le...got one ID gave him a sky high figure :x

    but for EM, if stairs needs to do also, it should be around that amount I guess. cos the stairs alone alerady cost a few thousands.
