    No leh ID for my previous house also brought to my place and let me select somemore she gal then I also pity her have to bring so many stuff for me to see

    Not once did I went to her company to meet her, always meet her either at my place or outside

    i guess it depends on the ID bah

    Anyway I experience what you're experiencing now, all the IDs ask me to go their office and meet them, sigh.....so lazy to do so leh :(

    meeting them at their place at the initial stage is good for me lah. can see their portfolio and steal ideas :)but if confirming tiles mah...won't it be easier done over at your place?

    Hmm.. do u have the contact for ur roof contractor? heh.. can share share? lol..

    I think so too.. wonder who is going to be the unfortunate one buying the roof..

    i actually got my contractor to do for me...if u want, i can ask for u :)

    我打算把玻璃窗口做成这样的开关，下面做通风口向外推开，上面做则拉窗，我家的窗很低，比起产缠的窗口离地面稍微低了些。

    另外我很想要这样类似镜片的玻璃窗面，不知道UNCLE AH SOON有没有得做这样的，要遇到UNCLE再问看看。

    ohh talking abt wii.. i've not set up mine yet.... dunno why no motivation to set it up...

    once u set up, u wont stop playing! haha...we made a pact with Ethyl, she can only play on evening of Fridays, weekends and PH provided she finished whatever homework or craft we wanted her to complete. So far been good...

    Yup, can understand where you are coming from ;)

    Currently, I'm looking for a contractor who can do some minor renovations for my resales flat:

    1) Paint the doors & walls of flat (inclusive of washing area)

    2) Remove the Ceiling Lombang

    3) Create water canal in common bathroom from bathing area to the drainage hole near the basin

    4) Change toilet seats cover for master & common bathroom

    5) Install bathroom vanity for master & common bathroom.

    6) Install kitchen stove and hood.

    So far, most if the contractors I find dun seem interested to take up this job cos the $ involved is small.

    Can you/ any kind soul recommend me some reliable contractors? Thanks :)

    Hi,

    I suggest u can also try Jason or even jaskel's contractor. U can find jaskel's t blog and PM him to ask him. No job is too small in this kinda economy situation...unless they are just too picky.

    any solid ideas yet? spoken to carpenter already? i think hor the man won't let me do anything to the dinning room.. i guess maybe i'll just hunt for nice painting and hang it up

    actually painting is a good idea too...when u get bored, u can actually change the painting :) I am getting both Ethyl and Brayden to do their footprints and handprints for me to hang up on the wall.

    Dunno le priority will be given to my reno.

    After that then consider other stuff, still dunno how much I'm gonna spend on my reno yet sigh..... :(

    i am cracking my brain to see what i can do to play up the existing tv console, study area (i need more shelves for books) and also my dining area :)

    ok, learned something yesterday, wc has strap sizes differences?! Can someone enlighten me more on this and what size is likely to fit mine? Does my ID has to take measurement of it before she can tell me?! Possible to measure it yourself?!

    Rasp is correct. For my case, I bought before the hacking, and advise them the measurement after uncle has seen it. U can check with ur ID about this.
