VO items expected to surface once start work cos duration not too long ....... Added some lightings on the carbinate to creat some effect ...... hopefully with these effects , normal items will become attractive......

Agree agree .... got a budget to consider too .... but considering doing it once and for all especially for kitchen & bathroom.....it will be a big headache to do anything to the wet areas once u move in ......... Hopefully, the result will be money well spend.....

Hi Jessiemei, Ya its actually the coastal line in Punggol tht attracts me ....... i'm selective of that few particular blocks..... i choosen this unit facing the road junction so that even future contruction oppsite will not block our view....... fortunately happen to come by this unit

Hi pbtgal, Actual the 3D drawings are reference for colour combinations and layout, are actually candy for eyes only..... Hahahah..... Most 3D drawings are impressive .... but the reno outcome might had some diverations ...... so can look too much into it ......

Ya .... everyone seen the kitchen carbinates says that the previous owner did invest quite a fair bit in the kitchen. Too bad the granite top cannot be retain too ......

Hi pinkpetter, Thanks...... still remember i've seek some advices from u before? Too bad kitchen gonna b fully make over cos the idea of having the sink & the main carbinate is not pratical .....Flooring are ok, will keep it cos i prefer laminated floor for the whole house as i dun like the cold cold feeling of tiles & granites, especially in the morning. I like the dining light too but CO prefer new ones so likely to dismantle too ......

Hi Tsubame, Seen their capentry work at Punggol today..... i must agree that the details of the materials & workmanship r reasonably good and the hinges of the doors are those with soft closer...... Hopefully their works will be consistent for our homes ....... Perhaps we can keep each others posted ......

Hi Pbtgal, There are only 24 units in Sin ........ actually there is not much variation for the layout cos the 2 bathrooms are fixed and for sure u will wnt to have a attach bathroom for your MBR..... In the end its quite like the standard layout except u can hv yr MBR bigger .....
