    oh ya hor..1st May is a Sat so i think we will be credit one day off else,we would be off on Monday bah!

    Travel Insurance?!I never buy it at all lei. :P

    My office is credit 1 day AL :P and will be using the leave for my Aust trip Yeahh!!!

    I have to buy cause tummy not good de for me so most of the time I claim medical. Lost baggage is duing my work trip to Vietnam on guy took my bag home Koaz... than I have to go shopping lor.. but also quite heng got the bag back 8hrs later which is the time limit for the claim for baggage lost.

    Rondy> Oh ya hor forget its holiday le but also no different la its a Sat :) I wanted to go down to buy travel insurance read that got discount but dun know how much... so not sure if its worth going down or not. I usually buy AIG one now call Chartis

    My SIL ask me to take a look at TravelJoy another travel insurance company but hor I dun really buy that le cause got no experaince with Travel Joy with their claims. AIG claim very fast back one cause claim for medical & baggage lost before.

    DSLR quite expensive lei..i bot the samsung one is 12.1 mega pixel i think only s$279 come with 2 8gb SD card and some freebies.

    Yes,its with fish eye de,hahaha..

    I bot it cos its light weight.

    DSLR hehehe of coz ex la the name already sound so ex liao. Oh you got the Samsung Cam with the front & back with LCD screen one?? Good deal le. I got mine for S$375 come with 1 8gb SD card, pouch & 1 screen protector. Plus the shop throw in a box of harrod's goodies :P (dun know spell correct or not)

    Oh actually hor outside got sell those fisheye applicator... its like a small magnifiying thingy and you put it in the camera for fisheye effect. PS: can use on hp too :P

    Next NATAS fair on 1st & 2nd May 2010, 10am - 10pm SUNTEC Hall 601 le I heard lots of my bridal girls talking about it.

    my sony fail me after ard 2yrs (maybe lesser) :(

    a few friend who got that model T20 also fail with the same problem . All spoil after the warranty period

    Simon> :o Touchwood le... :P The T-series are the trandy type so I go for the W-series. But it depend also la... cause not all sony will fail depend also on luck de. Let see how long mine last :D

    Some pple use Samsung W/M no problem le mine giving me problem le... before warranty end got the motor change still got problem and I still seeing pple buying the same model.

    I think the new canon ixus 130 is quite cool with the fish eye and miniature effect - although u can achieve that with a ihpone camera too. Hee.

    Now camera come with all sort of tricks to make us buy them :D mostly girls will be trick hahah. The guy will go for the DSLR :D

    I dun fancy the fisheye & minature effect just want a light weight compact good lens camera... so come down with Lumix & Sony :) of coz cannot compare to DSLR la....

    Aircon ah... I did not buy cause ex-owner one is just install one than they sold the flat to us.

    Once you got a model no. just call the shop and ask for the price :) store the no. in your hp so you can call they anytime. We went to Best Diakin to see the unit than call these shop for the price :D

    hi!so part of the cable are hide in your existing electical casing?did they open it and the close it again?

    is it hussle?

    Mine will be installed on the 15th May.

    Rondy> Yes part of the cable is hide in our esisting elect casing. My hub open for the OpenNet people cause he dun want them to spoilt it :D My hub say pretty fast the job after putting back the casing we patch back the casing gap with wall putty lor.

    Are you getting your contractor to do part of the OpenNet job for you??

    Today our OpenNet got install and for the pass few day we relised that we cannot install the OpenNet as we wanted as above. So we made changes to our OpenNet cabling laying plan.

    We install the OpenNet now at our dining area :P pretty easy & simply job for the OpenNet contractor :D. Good thing is we do not have any fales wall at the dining area as the initial stage we do not have much money to do up a fales wall so you will see a depression of wall at the dining area thats the origin from HDB.

    So the Cable Laying by OpenNet is only the Blue Line on the floor plan :) Will upload the pix later :)

    The thick trunking belong to us and the thin trunking on top of the OpenNet belong to OpenNet. Abit ugly but at least no damage. We can next time opt for fales wall to hide the trunking or buy potted plant to hide the OpenNet

    thanks!!! i need one that is 15 mm coz it's my dining table glass top, bit thicker safer :) looking forward to the details!! The size will be close to yours, 190 X 90 cm... Maybe will extend to 200 cm.....

    if u go thru ur wall, would u have to drill? if u have to drill thru, then hw to cover up? if cover up with paint, would it look patchy?

    Not sure if can drill or not cause it looks very thick to me le... but if can just cover with wall putty la.. We have a bucket at home.. hehehe and with trunking cover the wall putty should be ok de.

    But this means that the OpenNet will be away from the tv unit and at the dinning area (no scv point).

    We intend to do a feature wll next time or some deco at that area so still ok de la.

    If worst have to run all the way to the tv unit which the scv unit is that one I cannot imagine the damage lor.
