Btw pj.. ask u a noob qns k.. poh was saying we will be getting a convention microwave.. eh.. convention microwave.. can bake cakes or do pastry de mah? we got no oven le... and i always got a soft spot for pastries.. ^^ if cannot hor.. then got any cheap and good alternative mah?

Hmmm... hi.. first and foremost.. congratzzz on ur new home... second.. if the seller is nice and understanding.. maybe can ask him for permission.. on the 19aug which is 1 day B4 7th month.. to do a "fake" renovation.. go up wif the contractor and use a hammer or something to hit 1 of the floor tile.. or hit a wall that u wanna hack de.. cos by doing that.. u r considered as " officially" dong tu le.. then renovation can continue any day during the 7th mth.. just that u can't stay overnite ^^ .. i learnt this from my mummy.. cos our ROM falls on the 7th mth.. so before it starts, we will do a "fake" moving in by staying overnite before the 7th mth to symbolize that we r not "new" to the house.. sounds complicated mah? lol..

btw.. ur roof.. wat colour ar? u chose those clear colour de or like those windows.. green or blue de? poh ask me to chose.. i chose green wor.. maybe heng heng.. can have the green house effect.. wahahahahahaah

MBR is industrial look.. wif grey flooring and rusty steel wardrobes..then step into the toilets.. is girlish theme wif flowers flowers... wahahahaa... ^^ ... i told poh.. there is only 2 outcome for the house.. either it will look nice.. or it will look disastrious!!!!
