  1. Hi, thanks for the feedback. After some consideration i've bought brandt FC642XF1 , and i'm glad that i made this decision. As i'm staying with my in-laws who is the main cooking person in the house. "oldies friendly" become critical. So far this oven has met her standard and it is also easy to use for her. I've tried some simple grilling on my own , result is good.
  2. hmmm... got the baywindow ledge done up. but the line in between is really a spoiler. but still the feeling of sitting on cool stone surface is still good. I'd now have to find some way to cover up. Today i check for another contracter to build up our display cabinet but they say they only use melamine moisture protection finish this one cost like double the price
  3. Hallo, My hubby wanted an oven with rotisserie function and I'm considering brandt FC642XF1 oven which is within my budget and having all basic function i need. But the sales person told me this oven need to do changing of it's catalytic liner every 1 to 2 yrs and it cost about $150. He then recommend borsch HBN430551J oven. this one have ecoclean function dun need to chg liner but without rotisserie function... .. i'm not sure which one is better. is it true that nowadays oven with fan there's no need for rotisserie function to cook chicken???
  4. Hallo, I'm looking for good contracter to do my kitchen cabinet. can email me chweehah@yahoo.com
  5. thanks for clarifying. Oh, i need to do up the baywindow ledge. My hubby found someone to cover with granite... looking forward to see how it'll looks like
  6. Hi Hi, Would like to know is laminate the same as solid surface? I'd like to do up our bay window. still wondering what material should use. regards,
  7. Hi hi, I just got my new flat. Kitchen is really small, can only fit one person. the kitchen is so small that i need now to have additional cabinets in our dining area. Since the dining area is close to our living room the cabinet needs to be nice looking but on the same time it has to be strong enough to withstands the weights of plates and etc. Any recommendation? ideas? or where can i find good cabinets? Also my in-laws suggested to place the oven in the yard. which is directly facing the washing machine. Although i dun really like the idea because yard seems like a dirty place to put oven. but if i dun place the oven in the yard then i would have to place it in the dining area also. Again, any recommendation? Anyone here facing the same problems as me? can share your ideas? ...thanks
