  1. hi twirl, thanks for your advice but I do not have much choice because I don't want to hack the existing ceramic flooring as it will cost too much. laminate is the best option for me I guess as i only have to hack away the tile skirting and do a pebble wash at the foyer area. in the end i was offered a swiss brand AC4 type which costs about $3.43 psf after GST. it was a bit more expensive than the malaysian ones but they had a wider range of colours to choose from. keeping my fingers crossed that it will turn out ok.
  2. Hi Can anyone recommend a contractor who can stonewash flooring for the main entrance area in HDB flats? Its the type of flooring that is found at the newer bus stops where you can see the little stones in it. Thanks.
  3. I'm not too sure if it is made in Europe or not but hopefully it will be of a better quality than the unbranded china ones. Considering those from Berry now.
  4. Does anyone know what is the cost of AC3 laminate flooring these days? I have been quoted $3.20 psf for the lesser known European brand ones. Is that a good price?
