my unit is currently under renovation, so i got to source for 2 instant water heater. but i am staying at the top floor so water pressure will be quite low. went to afew bathroom accessories shop at jalan basar todae, and was advise not to use those water heater that has double heating element, because my pressure is low thus water going in the heater will result in very hot water. is this true? One shop told me i must use double element if not water pressure very weak. i am really confused by them. and there is one shop that ask me to buy a model from panasonic that has air bubble jet features that will increase my water pressure, and claim that if i use other heaters i will experience problem. anyone staying top floor recomend me a good instant heater can? and i realise shops at jalan basar sell a same product all at diff price, example 707 protek, i asked the most exp was $290 the cheapest was $195. so big diff, so guys if really wan to buy anithing, got to survey ard 1st

todae i went to expo, and one ID company quote me a price for my work leh. hacking of my kitchen wall and floor tiles and living area as well and retiles with 600 by 600 homogeous tiles 3 bed room lay laminate flooring over my existing ceramic . total 13k hey pink, am i over quote? because what u help me to agar agar is for whole hse redo tiles ard 11k. but thy quote me 13k

hmm actually i can spray the tiles for both the toilet. as the toilet tiles are actually quite new, which was renovated by previous owner a couple of years back just that i dun like it to be blue. Btw how much does tiles spraying cost? my kitchen really bo bian got to do because its those very old type of tiles small rectangle type.

but dun really like laminates.

guys, i had just got a 4rm resale unit, planing to redo floor tiles for the whole unit and oso do wall tiles for kitchen and both toilet does anyone know roughly how much will it cost for jobs like these?because still need to remove existing titles.
