Hi... Its been a long time tat i have not update my T-blog... been busy with buying stuff and searching up & down...TIRED! Just a few pic of update on wht i hv bout so far... Lighting for my stairs landing (The only lighting tat i hv bout so far after so many searching...tats the most tiring part!) Bathtub for my Master Toilet Basin for both Toilets @ 2nd Storey My Mini Small Basin for Common Toilet @ 1st Storey WC for all Toilets

Hi everyone, Thanks for ur concern! Currently my hse there isn't any progress. But i have found a new contractor to take over and will get started after Xmas. Sob Sob dun think we can finish reno b4 CNY due to the peak-period. The only thing that has done in the hse is all the hacking stuff, which i'm quite contented liao. Cos i dun hv to see all the disgusting toilet and kitchen anymore. It's such an eyesore!!! Now the hse is Bright & Spacious! Will try to post some pic tonite on the progress. Merry Xmas !!! Cheer

Hi Seashell, How's everything now over ur side? I have actually found a contractor already. He's my dad's friend. Hopefully he can finish up soon b4 CNY. This few days Ah Soon been calling us. Telling us tat he will finish up whatever he has to do like hacking one of the wall dwn, so tat my next contractor tat take over will not hv to do tat for us. We were quite surprise when he offered tat, cos we have never see him being so initiative to help us up althg he knws tat we will not be engaging him anymore.

Hi Lily, Congrat on ur new plc! Ya, I got it at quite a gd price actually. Now my reno progress has stop for the time being as we r changing another contractor. Sob Sob...guess my Reno wasn't tat smooth.

U people here see pic alrdy wanna vomit, then if let u see the real plc, u all surely faint. I myself so far does not even dare to step into the toilet yet to see, i just stand far far away and observed.

Yup, tat the good thing. Cos in the plc first we wanted to overhual our new hse so dun intend to look for a one in good condition. I went to see ur T-blog and saw ur old EM, the EM tat i reber deeply on the property advertisement when we r on our searching for our EM. Cos is so beautiful, love ur Old EM so much. The new one look nice too, white & clean!

Hi Charemme, It's 20yrs old flat. We r the third owner. Ya...The previous owner really superb! The first time we visit the hse, it is already full of junk tat u just can't imagine. The reason we bout it becoz although the hse is full of junk, we can feel breeze coming into the hse and is not stuffy at all. And it a unblock unit facing a forest with nice greenery. Ya. U r rite. The hse is glad to found a new owner, and next door owner will be glad to hv a clean neighbour too. I hv walked pass the whole flr units, the unit tat we bout is the worse of the worse.

Hi Seashell, Saw the lamination tat u choose for ur Feature Wall TV Console & Headboard. I like it! Who's ur carpentry btw? And i like ur LED lights too! I heard from Ah Soon said tat ur hubby open a Lighting Store is it? He said if i wan to buy lighting can look for ur hubby.... Hehehe

Hi Seashell, I think Charemme is rite. We sld all group up together and hv a discussion with Ah Soon. I'm just getting more and more worry as Ah Soon just called my hub and said he need to delay my project. We sld hv all current owner contact so that it will be easiler to track him, just like those previous owner.
