bump.. any helpful soul??

Hi All, As my new house are about to complete renovating, I found that the gasket (rubber) fitted at the casement windows, frame are old and torn (resale 5-rm flat). Thus anyone out here had these replaced before? Care to share contacts for contractors and advise? My reno contractor are not too sure about it as they do not do windows (no contacts from they too) I had checked google and forum, mistly are total replace windows, not too sure any contractors willing to take up job to check friction stay and replace gaskets.. Thanks!

Sony people will only deliver the TV, I doubt they can help since may not be expert in it, if spolit drill, you scold them? How big the hole is up to you to decide, the best is your contractor to do the job as since to make a complete reno product to you, and by their experience, they know how big the hole to run the cable and maybe the hand size to fit in, in case you need to put your hand in to run some cables work like speaker cables.
