"dimension 227 x 148mm weight 1.7kg" i reckon the 227mm refers to the diameter of the DISC like body then 148mm is the total height when elevated with the transparent leg. its different from LivingColors cos Philip is direct projection. so the bulb is pointing up & u may look into it & glare ur eyes. "even the manual in philips warns NOT TO STARE AT THE BULB" Also, this Jellyfish can control the Brightness, which Philips cannot. this Jellyfish is projecting from the transparent legs. which will bounce off light from the bottom. I thk d only flaw of this is, if u put it on d dull dark table the room wont be bright cos there is little reflection. i've been playing with my LivingColor all over my house & found that shining on white or light color surfaces makes d room brighter. that's y we see club's with mood light tends to have very white interior. like SUPPERCLUB or the Defunct MOS. Actually i like d idea of playing with colours. like every white room like a blank canvas, turn on the mood like & u cn change colors every nite! in d day, we cn have different color curtains to achieve that difference feel.

not much review yet cos it relatively new. the Distributor & i spoke, & told me if I'm keen they can ship to us in a decent quantity. i dun have "Decent quantity" hahaha its very nice but cant get my hands on them cos they dun sell during the exhibition. Ebay selling SGD$ 193. Im was thinking if i could buy like 10pcs & use them for Xmas presents. Best price offer is around $120 exclude parcel to SG. so i reckon total cost will be ard $150 per unit min. 100 units!!!! Im trying to ask if they can do like 20s or smtg.. Warranty is 1 year 1 to 1 exchange & they are very confident that product is able to last for more than 15,000 hours no problem correction

I came across this lamp in a recent trade exhibition. The Giant Prestigious Red Dot Design Award drew my attention to visit the booth. The feature model is called JELLYFISH by YANTOUCH Looks pretty whether its turn off or on. Its quite interesting & very much similar to Philips LivingColors but with better features. I own a Philips mini but i thk its not bright enuf. But the best part is, it DOESN'T BLIND YOUR EYES unlike tt Philips!! cos the bulb is emiting light from under not on top so its not so glaring. This one seem easier to use, it can switch color buy sweeping across the touch pad, & increase or decrease brightness by sweeping up & down. This item is made in Taiwan so i believe quality is very much decent. Wonder if paying $150 for this is worth it.

DAISO has this thing for rice. its in flavors of chili or garlic. its like a small bag of powder [like those u get in Japanese crackers] but inside is essence of garlic or chilli. that works fine i guess.

i knw STYLE:NORDIC is super pure Scandinavian. but u must have deep pockets for them. cos mostly made in Scandinavia. but this TS seems to be looking for American design. what is American home design? izit country style?? or like those manhattan style with super tall ceiling, brickwalls & those we see in U.S.A tv shows? hmmm..

Like Yale said, its really cool. but on top of being cool, i personally think its Convenient. i would suggest you to learn more abt the installation of the lock u like, then when u install ur normal door & lock, Keep a provision for the digital lock. so in future, of any chance, if u wish to install it does not hv much Alteration & cn flawlessly blend in... u never know when u strike 4d or suddenly get a super Affordable deal tt meets ur budget. so its like saving urself an option... [like wat all consultant will say] Cheers!!

tts what we are talking abt. "DON'T BUY FROM PARALLEL IMPORTERS" they r just traders that hv very little knowledge & capital. anyone can just buy a few from Korea & come SG & sell cheap cheap. but when it comes to Technical troubleshoot, they cant solve it. i gt the same similar beeping & cant autolock prob w/ Yale YDM4109. [which was working fine the day of install] then my main-con's painter who repaint my door + door frame the next day & they move the part on the door frame & my lock keeps beeping & cant auto lock. tt was like 2pm on Sat afternoon & non of the painter or main-con can solve it, which i felt very stranded. finally, i called the Yale local agent & they send down a Digital lock specialist within 2 hrs w/o much questions. Ends up, there is nothing wrong w d lock. Reason is the painter had remove the plate on d door frame to paint & touch up the holes. then when he install it back, it wasnt aligned properly. so the locking latch cant align w the hole & start beeping. cant imaging if i engage a HIT&RUN trader, i may have to sleep there to guard my things. Hope ur lock is OK & just that the plate is out of place or d door had warped. if not, u r throwing $700 down d drain. Try contacting the local Samsung agent and see if they can help. but i dun remember who is the local agent. Hopefully someone here cn give u d contacts.

there is one on EUNOS avenue 4 towards singpost. that one i cant remember the name or d shop name. they r supplier to coffee shops, restaurants & hotels. quite cheap. also, SIA HUAT on temple street also got alot of things.
