Hi there.... thats bad experience u had there.... For me, I email them with regards to asking for quotation... They promtly replied me... One of the ID from Darwin actually offered to come down my place to view my house and discuss of what to do.... This guy is a very nice chap..... My wife and me actually took him as our ID. I am not on anyone side here but I guess its not wise to condemn the company for mistake done by one person there..... I myself dun know how their workmanship is but I am assured by my relatives and frens who had taken Darwin especially the ID which serve us.... By the way his name is Edwin.... Good luck with your reno....

Hi Hippo. I actually have not engaged them yet. Same as you, I am going over to their showroom tomorrow too with my wife. From what I had seen from other IDs, Darwin is the only ID that gave me a very good and detailed quotation. I will decide if I am taking them after my meeting with them tomorrow. My ID from Darwin is Edwin.... Nice Chap....

Hi all, my wife & I are looking for a reno/id company to do up our house. So far, Darwin had offer a very good all in quotation for us. The ID person had personally come to our new flat for a site visit. My wife & I would like to know from those who had taken them b4, are the after sales good? workmanship good? if there are any bad points, do email me and inform me who the ID person to look out for.
