Perhaps u could try using a wet cloth to wipe off the blemish. Since your ID told you they are using the premium ICI paint, most probably the blemishes could be wiped away.

Provide plumbing services, fixing of leakages of pipes, electrical installations and repairs and paint jobs. If you happen to pass by the shop or lives near there, do drop by for a nice chat with this friendly uncle. Do not worry because he does not hardsell any products like some other shops. He will only recommend what are the things you need. He has been in this line for almost 30 years. Therefore, if you have any water leakages or electricity problems at home, do approach him.
