If not he more or less kana tok liao.. 20K can do reno 1 but depend on wat u want.. anyway our unit 4rm onli 97sqm should be cheaper in term of size compared to old 4rms or 5rms flat.. you do more capentry works den yr furniture/electronic cost will be lower but reno cost higher.. i think the reno threads have a lot of info on reno guide and kang tao.. but up to u to believe a not lo.. Haiz.. me think of the $$ going to spend.. wanna faint.. lol

Hi, Btw not to scare u guys/ladies.. There is one news regarding Chinese workers stuffing meal boxes, rubbish and etc into the walls when they are constructing HDB flats. The new owners then found out becos of the smell through some small holes due to the workers' poor workmanship... So maybe when we take over our new flats.. need to check it out and highlight to HDB if there are any... But of cos hope don have la.. touch wood!!.. Just FYI...

According to HDB, the date ready for all these bedok flats is mid 2010.. don noe whether it will be ready earlier a not.. was just wondering when can start renovation and etc.. need to plan liao.. if its end earlier than expected date...
