  1. Hi all, I recently contacted a few vendors for outdoor sun shade (roller blinds @ the balcony), the price quoted differs by a whopping 1000 dollars. Shop1 (forgot the name, price to high to even record): $1600... Shop2 (Sun Screen): about $600 but need to come onsite to confirm Approximate size of the sun shade is length 365cm x height 260cm. Anyone did something like this before for your balcony? What is a decent pricing? To me they all look the same. Kindly advise Regards, Winston
  2. anyone bought anything from navinzi? any comments? went there over lunch just now, interested in their NOBLE 3 seater @ $1620 nett...

Are we allowed to install the window films as well? any of you done so? 4. Any of you have contact for the balcony landscape design? 5. do we need to go down to Mr Chew shop to check out the curtain? 6. Any of you have lobang for the yard clothes hanging pulley system? Thanks!
  4. Hi, I would like to place some potted plants and a outdoor table/chair set on the balcony. Is there any service out there which will help us to set up the plants or any kind of landscape design? I hope to have some tall plants to cover the view. Kindly advise. Thanks.

Hi Renoblurblur, yeap we got it via sub sale. the first owner has passed the "letter for key collection" to their lawyer. we are getting this letter from our lawyer end of this month. This is my understanding from the agent. Is there any period stated for defect rectification? Or it is calculated from the time when the key is collected? THanks alot.

Dear all, we have yet to collect the keys thus cannot decide whether to join in the bp or not. May I know if all if you have gone into your units already? Is the management responsive in solving the defects?

I am still thinking whether to get contractor or id... contractor will definitely save quite a bit though... after reno still need the curtains / lighting costs... no planning to spend too much in total, tight budget.
