    yeah! we have got our appt to collect our keys on 2nd week of oct :yamseng:

    seems like a loong wait for them to process the loan application and appt dates

    btw, we heard from a contractor that the family already living in blkc are foreigners so they are able to start renovating in the 7th month...

    hi pink_sea79.. congrats ! u r in Blk D?? when did u submit ur loan application? hdb is really taking their own sweet time... :dunno:

    hi yel, why nt call hdb to enquire? coz me already submitted my loan application on 1sep liao.. i juz called hdb, the officer say our keys are ready le.. but my loan still processing :notti: and i ask for expedite and i told her i wan my keys in early oct..

    Hi kakis!

    We went to Blk D last weekend... We manage to claim up to the CROWN! wahh th view is totally Fantastic!

    it's not very clear though... heee!

    Should try again sometime! Haha! :lol:

    hw did u manage to enter blk D? we tried but all entrance are locked.. :yamseng:

    Went to block D almost every week and the same security uncle will always tell me next week block D will get the keys... Next week till today still next week. Think he himself doesn't know... Next trip there must look out for contractor to ask, more accurate.

    i went there yday evening, got one ID told us HDB is releasing keys to Blk D on 20th lor.. but so far, my status still remain as "due course"..... :D

    i tik the ID shld provide at least a basic and simply design of your hse. For me, i din source for IDs opp our blk coz actually i dun stay near TPY at the moment. But i got a quote from one ID from IMM and he actually provide me with a design and breakdown of the quotation..

    Hi Doremi,

    should be soon i think... did u check via HDB intranet... normally the key collection date will be posted on hdb intranet. You will just need to login with your singpass to view it.

    doremi, u submitted ur application on 21aug and u r collecting key on 20sep! congrats! that means i will get my key roughly on 1st week of oct coz i submitted on 1sep. :deal:

    haha yingsan. same here i haven't receive any letters. wonder when will i receive... i heard that submitting the loan application should take about another 1 or 2 months to take the keys.

    hi yel.. wow tat is very long leh.. 1-2 mths to take key.. i need my home to be ready before dec.. tik tomolo gog to call hdb to check whether can expedite.. haha.. :dancingqueen:

    Hi, I've also received the HDB loan letter last sat :yamseng: my deadline is also 06/09/2007...

    u oso in blk D? im getting more n more excited.. hopefully i will receive mine this week.. if nt im gog to call HDB... 8|:dancingqueen:

    normally hw long does the loan take to approve? and after approval, how long we still need to wait to collect our key? :unsure:

    Hi yingsan,

    You will receive a mail from HDB to submit the neccessary document for their approval on HDB loan. I'm staying in block D and receive the mail last week. Anyone staying in block D received the mail????

    My MIL (owner of the flat) just received a letter from HDB regarding the loan for the flat.

    So happy when we read the first part of the letter which says smth like "Congratulations, you will be invited to collect the keys to your flat soon." Then further down the letter, they said "You will be invited to collect your flat keys after we have assessed your loan eligibility."

    Seems like things should be progressing quite fast! Of course, dunno their "soon" is how "soon" lah, but at least things seem to be moving on! :dancingqueen:

    hi, so happy to hear that ur MIL is getting the key soon.. Shld be quite fast after they assess the loan.. yippeee... i hope to receive mine soon too! i called the officer in charge to let me be the first batch to collect my key as my wedding is in dec.. :~

    Hi all

    I tik not all ID firm require the appointment fee.. some can give free quotations, but nt sure whether it is base on those material u chose.. or just an indicatively quotation.. i only found out recently.. :)

    But what my ID will do is: provide design, furniture layout and colour proposal and base on my requirement and material i choose give me an actual quotation.. we quite like their design, so we sign up with them lor..

    yep.. like wat yingsan and carelinwen mentioned, the perks wil last for sometime after the wedding show.. u can chk out w them durin the wedding show and see the perks last til when.. also to confirm whether they v the date that u wan anot.. v fun planning! :bangwall:

    Hi Jen, yes i enjoy the process.. the most enjoying part is gog for gown selection.. trying all the gowns makes me wish that my wedding is near.. haha...

    oh yes, btw, i just engage an ID yday... hehe.. Gog to meet her this sat to discuss abt floorplan and quotation.. They are very flexible (nt sure abt other ID firm), we just need to pay an appointment fee and they will provide us with space planning, furniture layout, design, material, colour proposal and also showflat viewing.. then after that they will give us the final quotation.. Oh yes, they will work within my budget.. ANd if in the end, i dun intend to engage them, the appointment fee can be used to exchange for vouchers or selected item from them.. So, tik it is a win-win situation ba.. From her experience, she say our flats gog to be ready soon.. roughly ard 3rd or last quarter of this year.. lets pray hard.. hehe
