HELP HELP!! My MBR toilet shower tap CANNOT be turn off!!! and water keep running.. Now i had to turn off the main switch from outside.. anybody know where is the turn off switch at the MBR toilet?? URGENT pls.... Had no water supply now.. And also is it very difficult to change the shower tap? Im using the HDB provided one, din change when i move in.. Can i find it at NTUC?

hi ms white, u can call town council to ask them to clear.. we also always had rubbish outside our unit and it is really fire hazard lor.. my hb always call n complain ... then they will quickly get their bangladesh workers to come liao..

The cheapest i can find is from lightcraft, which cost $9 before gst. Another shop i went charge me $20+.. dunno why there is such a huge difference..

yalor, for gas heater, we need to heat up the water everytime we want to use.. wat abt instant heater? i remember reading somewhere we cant install in our toilet due to dunno wat? is this so?

hi anybody installed citygas heater? i had to fill up more than half pail of water before getting warm water.. do u guys experience the same problem? Is it the same for storage heater?

i bought my T5 (4ft) at lightcraft.. very cheap. only $9.63 inclusive of gst! the cheapest i can find..

coz hdb only got one contractor doing cement screeding.. but mayb u can try ur luck by asking ur id to chase the hdb technical officer.. hehe.. tat is wat we did n in the end they cemend screed for us within one week.. for those collected keys, u can submit the form for cement screeding when u submit ur defects form.. this will also speed up the process.....

tks all.. we hv decided to go small claim tribunal to lodge a claim against them.. tik it is gog to be a long process.. but thankfully we did not engage them in the end, if not our losses will not just be $1k..

Hi guys, i need ur help here.. i wanted to file a claim against one of the ID firm that i had engaged previously but utimately did not sign up with them.. we had placed a deposit of $1k juz to get the 3D design and quotation.. but after liasing with the ID, she handed over to her colleague whom we are not very comfortable with. so in the end we decided not to engage them. In our appointment letter, it states that the $1k can be exchange with items.. but now it seems like the company has closed down coz they are no longer at their current address!! we tried to call the ID and she told us they had shifted but my hubby forgot to ask her the new address then after a few weeks she still did not get back to us on the items that we wanted to exchange. so hubby call her again, then she said she is still on maternity and ask us to call her boss.. the prob is the boss did not answer our calls no matter hw many times we tried to contact him! i had checked with acra and it seems tat the company is still alive but it still reflect the old address.. now i dunno where to find them wor.. so what shld i do now??

my kitchen is oso red we tot of using black surface top but dunno whether is it very difficult to maintain.. if not we will also be gog for white top ehehee.. but both oso quite difficult to maintain..

i got this quote from AllBest, Daikin sysem 3 non inverter @ $2171. (18k/12k/9K BTU), 2 trip installation with 5years installation warranty. Is this reasonable?

hi, im looking for system 3 units and planning to install in my living room, guest room and MBR (MBR actually consist of 2 bedrooms, had hacked to become 1). So what is the BTU that i shld be looking at? Also, only two of us is staying, which means only one air con will be ON at one time.. shld i go for inverter or non-inverter? pls advise. Tks

hi guys, need some advice on the followings: 1. for haulage and debris, i was charged $900 for 4rm.. Is this the same for the rest of u? And also, do town council provide us with sand or any material? 2. For cement screeding, do HDB also provide material or solely labour only? 3. Hacking of the L shape wall between master bedroom and bedroom beside it, we will need to pay PE fees rite? I was told, $500 is just for the engineer to endorse on the paper and there will be additional charges like the transportation or time he spent, etc. and the total amount can come up to $1k???

what is PE fees? If only HDB also give us the option to opt out for doors.. i find the wooden door nice but nt suitable for toilets, coz it took up alot of space.. i will be removing three doors for MBR toilet, MBR and BR 2, and will be moving my MBR entrance forward.. wonder can i fix the door back again? coz my ID told me once the doors are dismantle, it canno be used anymore..
