We have completed this house right before the locked down, it was so scary when the announcement was made and yet we have struggling through ? We have done the couple's first house at Bukit Purmei in 2015, the Husband said his wife trusted whatever i suggests even when he's not agreed ? They've engage me again for their DBSS in Bishan st 24, just the bad time during CB lock-down, we have to demolish the house asap before we even confirm our design. We were so worry about workers resumption issue, i have to find a place to house my workers whom agreed to stay back and i am lucky to have my friend who offer me her on sales flat, Thank you Carol ? The Couple helped out all the supporting document and application concerning BCA MTI MOM MOH just to ensure we can get our only few workers to clear their pass to work , Special Thanks to Willis and Yeong ? Finally, the house is done and is like owner said, this has broke our Renovation record, the longest renovation ever ? The Colour combo of this house is just perfect, Greyest Brown with Walnut Colour, the floor is existing and we have repolished and refilled the grout with marble-gum. The Kitchen is tiny small, we have a alum sliding glass door with Bronze Tined Glass, which was just installed a few days ago. Kitchen cabinet is Solid Dark Grey, Silestone black colour top, 1200mm x 600mm marble effect wall backing sealed up with Marble-gum's grouting. A Gas Cooker on the left and Induction Cooker on the Right. They saw my other project so they would like to have the same for a room call Walk-in Wardrobe, Left for the Husband and always Right for the Wife, a set of Dressing table is a must and LV's Bags compartment, i've suggested a LED touch Mirror. The Bedroom is simple, they like to have a heavy blue wall. the Master Bathroom is a heaven, they were not convince with a Dark Wall tiles and finally agreed to take them all for wall and floor, i promised her that the Vanity cabinet's top is going to be a light colour, and basin and WC are both not dark ? The common Bath room is going lighter tone so that it will not scare their visitor for over romantic ? Couple have paid 2-3 Months Rental to extend their Bukit Purmei house, this have been tough for everyone of us, we saw so many supporting hand during this period, we appreciate the workers to stay with us for not going back to their hometown, we see the neighbor being very patient for all the unexpected noises keep coming out from our house, the outcome is satisfactory, Thank You all and Thanks Thanks ?

We did the Owner very first Home at Sembawang New Flat Back 23 Years ago, subsequently done up their 2nd, 3rd Home in Sengkang & Punggol, also owner's Money Changer Shop in Century Square and later Tampines MRT (Bon Voyage Money Changer). And Have assist to renovate their Mother House, Their Business Partner House and Factory and so on etc.... Now their Children have already grown up so they are looking for a place for semi retirement, indeed Punggol waterway is a Natural Waterway Park they've found to live on. Completed a Dental Clinic in Cecil Street, I’ve done the Couple doctor’s house a year ago, they invited me to renovate for their new shop, so I’m a dental clinic specialist now ?

We have completed their 3rd Outlet with no competition because our French customer already found Designer House You may want to take a look on our design and workmanship or consider getting a treatment, i've met two friends having treatment there and was strongly recommended, they have multi awarded so far. i was invited to view the unit in Holland Village- Holland Piazza before they've decided to rent it, we have been discussing the layout and design over and over by email, and is given only a month to complete all. My Client was checking out with other ID for another comparative design and pricing, i asked them to check with the ID what type of design certificate they have or ever attended any design course? The answer from them is, they have been well trained in their company and have been there for about 6 months already, so the question is, how can a six months old designer be your ID? and he was a insurance agent before he work there
