Lighting are up on Carpentry work Silestone has been installed, waiting for window measurement over it, lights is cool white. Silestone- Dreis (Suede finish) is on Offer price i really like what we have chosen We have a Sensor night light under kitchen base, it will automatic light up when you walk into the kitchen This is the LED lights installing into the L box for Study area We went to a few shops everywhere in Singapore to source for Dining lights, This is what we found where we think isn't taking too much attention from the house Master Toilet vanity mirror, with upper and bottom lights, it definitely bright enough for your face. We are satisfied with the dresser design, again it has enough lights for the making up although the lady owner don't really like making herself up.

Hello Carpentry work has delivered and installing today Shoe cabinet inside view Kitchen cabinet Counter leveling issue, tiler came in to alter the cement base, nothing to be compromise. Everything goes well except for some small amendment to make things better, CNY is over so let's get back to work These are the pictures that taken by HP yesterday, i'll usually make a better one after customer has moved in with my professional camera: Foyer and Living with lights on, the lights are all 4000K Cool White cause we do not want the house to be too yellow or too white, cool white in LED form is a very good choice if you couldn't decide which direction to go with, and the effect is very satisfied You can see we are keeping very minimum quantity of lights, we made point only on necessary area, even the light holder is with LED strips only, No unnecessary down lights is being installed Light holder size is 450mm Depth, 50mm LED space and 50mm thick holder, very slimming line and clean cut. Window grilles is recommended to use horizontal bar with slimming Round tube to achieve less blocking to the window view, it usually only suitable for higher floor if it is not for thieve prevention. Bomb Shelter door as mentioned, will have shoe compartment inside. the 1st room was mentioned to create see thru window so that owner can watch baby and living TV while doing their work, this Study room can be use as bedroom after roller curtain has been installed. We have selected green paint for baby room, just a choice of colour with fengshui advise while the pendent lights are a eye catching. Bedroom's door are customized using same laminate finish as the bedroom's carpentry so to look equally comfort. PD doors are used for both toilets, it's a Mid- frame from Eastplan 21, recently they have this fabric texture colour on their frame and we like them cause it's matching colour to our wood laminate. As mentioned, we have break a wall into the children room for a new set of wardrobe in MBR Toilet are both overlaid with wall and floor tiles, customized mirror cabinet, vanity cabinet and integrated basins, owner worry about Glass safety, so the shower curtain Rod is being customized too. Dining feature wall has highlighted by warm lights Kitchen detail you can refer to our last pictures, it follow close to our 3D drawings We have little surprise in the laundry area, we made timber look alike wall tiles although they are use a small corner, we do not want to let it slipped away from our eye -
Recent customer told me that they are interested in engaging me instead, they have looked for another two contractor in Renotalk as well, but the wife noticed they are not HDB licensed contractor. Yes, it is very important to buy insurance especially that you are about to pay a huge sum for Renovation. My Relative came to my house just now, say their Carpenter can design and colour matching, Well, what i want to say is, every ID contractor also know how to design, the trouble is, whether they are matching the right thing? If you ask me how would i know if i could design the right thing? My Real name is Ronald Goh, Tiler Seng was first used in Renotalk as a nickname to create awareness because ppl like direct contractor in topics. Are we a ID or Renovation Contractor....? many ppl are confused, so do i...., ok, let explain..... don't get sleep haha i am a Born Artist... more confusing right? i was born brain washed by my family that i was a good comic artist when i was still a baby, because all my 3 brothers can drawn beautiful drawings, i was the smallest son in my family, it makes me feel every human can draw SO DO I !!!! i was surprised by my kindergarten friends that i was the only one that is drawing differently anyway, i loved to draw, and i have input many illustration and imaginations into my brain not include school work When i grown up, i've joined Comic Artist as well before i get into army, i've involved in Comic production for awhile and i really loved what i was doing. After Army, i noticed that Comic Artist in Singapore can never survive, unless i have my family support that is able to fly me to Japan or HK, but my family is not rich, i have to give it up and find another alternative.... My friend introduced me to my ex-Boss as an Interior Designer which is similar to what i like, as an alternative, although not exactly what i wish. i started my designing life and start creating something. while i was growing, i started to contact in sites work which need another skill----- to be a contractor. Yes, i have started my contractor life but on and off can't stop creating beautiful things as an artist. End up, I am now a qualified Contractor, and i am a perfect designer that i have a powerful brain that stored beautify design. i can imagine images, colour mixing, changing shapes, estimating size and measurement anytime, anywhere everything in one in my brain. (you can test me) i have created a new title for myself, not a ID, not a contractor....please name me as an Reno ID Not to worry about price, my price are reasonable contractor price, not ID price while i provide ID work for you, i will be doing measurement drawings myself FREE, and will provide you some 3D image for FREE too because our stupid market standard are like that.... but initially why did you engaged them? did you see any other owner's feedback or are they approved HDB contractor?....casetrust etc??? appreciate you warning the rest, but this shouldn't be happening to you instead.

Lighting are all based on Cool white, the effect is amazing. for those of you who are unsure whether to go for warm or white, cool will be your best choice the down lights at entrance, because it's a recess in bulb, i suggested warm instead of cool so that we can see a concentrating yellow colour light on the floor instead of cool light that maybe too white PD door selected for Bathroom

We have installed the lighting, today when i visit the house i got a shock! The light effect we wanted are Cool white, how it turned up to be warm? it's so oranges.... i called up Chan Huat lighting at Balestier, after they checked, the staff honestly admit it was their mistake, and get me exchanged without hesitating..... i must say their staff are all well trained, Good Company to deal with only that, i have to bare the exchanging workmanship cost myshelf...

My Client is moving out of this condo after 13 years of stay, he said the new buyer have 2 daughter also, and they buying this house because of the ceiling design

Everything have been well planned, after applying Painting, we quickly installed the carpentry order Shoe cabinet at Bomb Shelter MBR wardrobe- 2 sets Children room wardrobe and display Vanity mirror cabinets Next day we are going to install light already

after a week of process, homogeneous floor polishing is done with satisfaction not to delay, solid top are installed too. We have ordered solid surface top for both vanity cabinet come with integrated basin, so owner do not need to worry about what basin to buy, result is super especially to use your hand to touch the curve We have installed Caesarstone- 4130 Clamshell on Kitchen top, same day owner has submitted on-line to get registration of caesarstone certification

we have mend the walls and started tiling works, same time with the ceiling work MBR Toilet, with two pattern tiles Common toilet only one wall is tiles, the rest remain white

We have spends 3 hours in my showroom for colour selection, and have the colour input in the 3D drawings for review:

Flooring has done, we have start applying marble gum into the gaps between tiles and will have a week of homogeneous polishing progress. As you can see, we have added stainless steel spacing trimming between two different colour tiles, you may choose not to have it. To save time, kitchen cabinet and vanity cabinet are installed and is ready for soli d top measurement

To save time, we start carpentry site measurement while doing the floor tiles, we have selected homogeneous tile that can be polish for Living hall cause owner doesn't like grouting lines
