  1. i'm creating another Blog for same estate as ( Refer to my last blog in Reno t-Blog Chat-HDB BTO Interior Design and Renovation Link: Home owner is the brother of my last client ( see link: https://www.renotalk.com/article/6-reasons-we-love-this-modern-bto-flat-in-punggol ) we went for site meeting after several discussion in my Showroom, and we decided to do up these few things: Shoe cabinet to cover up Bomb shelter door Seal up recess wall to make way for large Sofa Break half wall in 1st room (Study room) as they have a baby to watch out Seal up Kitchen and decided to have windows on it, remove service yard wall but seal up the half wall beside cabinet, to block the ugly sewage pipe view Knock the wall between MBR to BR 2- for creating another wardrobe for the Master We have create many false ceiling design with LED cove lights
  2. Not to forget the inner concrete sink support which was first invented by me years back

We have good progress on sites timber look alike tiles on balcony walls for Muji feel during laundry too, marble look alike wall tiles as kitchen back splash, we have used 1200x600 to cut down grout lines, tiles is from Hafary, Italy made- elegant and solid which will combine with Caesarstone later. fabric look alike wall tiles as Dining Hall feature wall, soft feeling and home coming. Toilet over laid wall tiles- honeycomb combined subway tiles

  5. while we were shopping for items, sites has completed electrical wiring and ceiling / partitions are in progress, one important note: flooring should do after electrical and ceiling works to prevent damages by these works" we have created a housing for new wardrobe space in MBR, which have eat into Children's room next to it.

  8. after a few amendment, we have successfully confirm most of the feature, and this are the few 3D drawings to the house: while we were trying to finish up some works before CNY, we found fengshui master to give us date to open ceremony So the room beside Living Hall is been opened for better lighting and can watch over the baby the extra wardrobe space for MBR Finally we agreed to demolished both Service Yard wall, sewage pipes will be boxed up. and will definitely tiles up the ugly white walls
  9. The design feel she want for her house to be Muji look, direction are cleared, the rest is up to me to propose. We have a 3 hours meeting in our showroom in Balestier Plaza, to discuss on the layout, colour selection, and follow up to pick tiles sample at Hafary Balestier rd. Shoe compartment to hide bomb shelter at the sametime, and ofcoz to add shelves in DB compartment. i wanted to have Dark Grey marble effect tiles for Dining Hall, but customer can't convince, so we have to pick another one which both us think it is also great to go with as such, a fabric tile is selected. and i couldn't gave up of the dark marble wall tiles, i promised it is going to be nice, atlease she let me do on Kitchen Backsplash.... i have picked a 1200x600 dark marble look wall tiles, both polished and matt surface has its own feel, we decided to go with the matt one as it look more like a real one. i promised her not to make all walls with this dark tiles, a set of timber-look-alike tiles has been compromised in the Service Yard wall, and i'm sure they look MUJI enough Living Hall floor tiles is selected, and is really glossy and white we keep the bedroom's floor to be wood, the timber look-alike tiles is selected. the wood and white laminate for carpentry work Not to forget Caesarstone Quartz top as owner are both very particular about kitchen top. Bathroom has decided to overlay with wall tiles, she picked honeycomb wall tiles and i add subway tiles glossy surface on shower walls wardrobe design has been discussed, so we have the husband, wife, both has it's own set of wardrobe. selected wall paint in MBR and not to forget their baby girl's room paint selected.

An interesting project, My ex-boss's customer's Niece BTO flat somewhere in our island, She Booked me three years back and we have talked about design and budget right before key collection, and everything get easier with a lead direction. We have spotted defect to be done by HDB, and a few area to be demolish that we have been thinking of. This is the ideal area to keep shoes and to hide Bomb Shelter door we will replace the wall border to white. We think that the kitchen is too limited space, we want to enlarge it by taking into Service Balcony space. They want to have a better view watching over the baby when they have a work space in study. We think that the existing wardrobe space isn't enough for husband and wife, we have to create a space here, stay tone. In Common Bath, we have to keep a floor trap outside shower kerb, so the window has to shift. we decided to create a wall with open shelf for shampoo We planned to overlay both toilets, MBR has vanity cabinet. and this is the layout plan

  17. You are considered very lucky that had your house done up, it clearly shown that he did not troubling home owner beside his own finance's problem. My advise is to wait for awhile for him to settle the sanitary himself since he left you a statement saying that he will settle it, no point wasting your time doing those report, for now.

  20. What would u do if u do not have a selling point in this market? Make one...... the most easy way out is to sell it cheap as a "Bait", once you're hooked, they will slice you into pieces.

More and more these scammer in Renovation/ ID trade, simple reason: 1. they learned from one another 2. the ID company recruit tons of new Blood every now and where, most 80% of them couldn't survived, part of them turned to be scammer like this, 20% of them retained, part of the genius continue working hard, and part of the genius also turned to be the smart scammer than this. 3. Police couldn't do anything to them and even organisation can't, the most disqualify them as a member 4. They could be suspended by HDB but yet they can "borrow" license from Back Source. So, is better to check your ID back ground, and even their company & Bosses back ground before you signed the contract, because they can come back to you that their company policy doesn't allow this and that, and hey, is very common
