Site Work were so Rushed but still within schedule, Owner can't wait to move in their Balinese decorative features which they have kept for months, boxes of left over deco Red brick to be sell away in v.cheap price ($70per box to cover 45sf, anyone interested pls pm me) decorative feature wall, and timber floor were done Cosy corner without window, nice natural forest view in Pasir Ris st 71

MBR is even worse... the tap is on one side, glass installer also headache about installation. When work successfuly done, we all felt so satisfaction Owner's corner work station, grey tinted tempered glass top with stainless steel support on wall. when to Sim lim square to customize AV cable yesterday, and spend one hour to fix this projector today....thinking of getting one for myself liao

Owner planned Walk in wardrobe inside MBR toilet Owner's wife Love her WIW so much... Smell?....we have the only legal ventilation fan in HDB The same concept of Bathroom like the common one, mirror cracked during installation, to replace new one so my Plumber keep coming back, so he keep me about applying this type of design

What a long weeks for me... i have finally completed a few projects sametime but haven't collect last payment yet. This is the continue photographing of the designer's house, everything here Emporio Armani Style... full tempered glass panels with double swing door installed, Owner's mother complained go toilet can see shadow from outside Very tiny Kitchen station all in stainless steel, No space but i guess this is what Hongkee has in HK's apartment nowaday can't use gas cooker, so induction cooker was use which is new to Owner's mother, complain again... Closed detail on Sink, they are all make according to Owner's requested size.

Oh, thanks for feedback, cause no contractor complain to me, there were two temp light before. Have already ask worker prepare more temp light for now.

And since when you are allowed to install your mixer tap concealed in hdb?? you better take it out before selling away your flat, before your licensed contractor kana $2k fine from hdb. btw, i have test run matashi's showerhead yesterday, picture speak: Tamah Jurong's flat water pressure is **** good, so no issue i'm sorry about Holland's flat...water pressure so low...

Hi there is no fee for getting licensed contractor to apply for you, but you will need to bare haulage fee & skip tank permit.

if you shift it up to a high high position and slant it 90degree, it will becomes a Rain shower. it is open for all, but it is not open for everything. uncertain thing can ask for advise, not commenting assuming as it is certain, then it will hurt other relationship and is no good liao.

let's put it this way, what if his opinion was wrong? but owner buy his card? he has my number he can call/sms about his concern so that me and owner will not run into Rat hole due to wrong opinion. Infact this is not the first time that i warned him, he promised it will not happen again.

both shower head and piping were both done at the same time, just mind your own business.

haven't test driving yet, btw can replace with a longer flexible if it is truth. Are you commenting my piping work?
