Hi all, I am newbie here, I would like to ask some questions. Is there any standard validity period set by HDB for submission resale application after exercise the option? The agent want to submit the resale application within 2 months after exercise date, I am not sure 2 months period is still valid or not for HDB, I worry the OTP will be considered null if it is not valid anymore. Is it normal the resale application will be submitted in 2 months time? Thanks for help. homesearcher
