I'm looking for a 3 Rm Tampines (preferably 75 sqf) or 4 Rm Woodlands (preferably blk 500+, 600+ or 700+).
Points to note:
- Willing to pay Maximum of $10K COV (see conditions of house, else we have to nego. the price)
- Pay deposit $4 - $5K on viewing date (if we like the conditions of the house).
- Agent's Commission will be 1% (subjected if the agent bring us to view houses from 22nd to 25th Sept '09 & the services he/she provides)
- Viewing starts on 23/09/09 and will Exercise on the 27th.
