Hi there, I've got a problem with my toilet drain. Its basically clogged and the water goes down really slowly. I was wondering how much would it cost generally to unclog it? Just want to know the average price so that I won't be overcharged. Thanks!

I bought this IKEA Wardrobe and placed in in my room. The top of the wardrobe itself is about half a foot from the ceiling. I want to get a contractor to do a false ceiling for my room and seal up the top of the wardrobe. Is it possible for the contractor to do the work without moving my wardrobe? To further clarify :

Does anyone know where I can buy this? I went to SELF-FIX and some other hardware stores but can't seem to find such an item. Thanks!
