Like Gla and others, I too engaged Kelvin Ng Mee Chee to be the one doing up my hse.(Based on his reputation in this forum). Before choosing Kelvin, both my wife and I went through 7 different contractors/ design companies before deciding on him, and what a mistake it was! We engaged Kelvin Ng service in Mar 09, till July 09 things are still not done. Every time we contact him, he is either sick, hospitalize or not answering our calls. Each time we have to SMSs him, and pray that he received it and call us back. Imagine the wait for his return call.... Things went well in the beginning: we went shopping for hse items together, and he always protract a good image in front of us. However delay after delay, promises after promises. Things was not done and move in date get defer and defer. Things just don't get done! Now like the rest of Kelvin Ng clients, I am stuck with Bank loan AND extra loan borrow from friends/ relatives to complete the hse renovations. Frankly speaking, I only blame myself for trusting him so much. And I tell myself this will be the last time I am going to be so easily deceive by others. Right now, I am resigned to losing the money, however, I believe what goes around, come around. He will have his retribution one day. Just me,
