oic. Must be the contractors took up too many jobs. They are always like that , do here some and there. That is why is slow.
-
oic. My reno so far so good . The ID will hand over the keys to me on 6 Feb (next sat). On the 9 Feb will move in. But till now Kitchen, bedroom cabinets not install yet. Tv feature wall and console also not yet install. So when Opennet ppl will come to install the fibre point ? When your ID will hand u the keys ?
-
Hi All I waited for opennet contractor to install the point before my L-Box goes up. So they came today , the guy told me they do not do trunking and lay cables at Ceiling Level in the L-Box. It is true ? So he just left terminate the point and leave the excess fibre cable near the door access wall. He said my electrician will know what to do. How did they install the fibre optic point to your new house ?

The progress so far so gd,as we let only one contractor do the whole house. The ID will hand over the keys on 6 Feb. I have chosen clipsal switches as recommend by the electrican. The shower system I will take a picture to show u.

Then he said u bought from outside the switches & sockets no warranty. But I don think the switches and sockets will spoilt easily? If I buy from outside the shop got said any warranty ?

Good news that it got hot water from the big rain shower. Lazy to use the hand shower. keke. My parents wants the reno to complete before Chinese New Year so let ID earn commission everything will be fast. My ID's electrician quote me $280 to upgrade to Clipsal no matter how many switches or socket added. What u think of the price for upgrade ? Did u bought the switches yourself and get the electrician to install ?
