i have recently paid a initial $700 to engage the service of an i.d. however within a week i feel tat i have a got a better i.d and decided not to take up the contract of the 1st and inform him of my decision . However i was told that since i have sign agreement for the contract , i have to pay the stated 10% of the price which work out to around 4kplus . but nothing has been done for the reno except for the ideas and space planning and i believe that the 3d drawaing also has not been done as it only been a few days from the day contract . i dont mind forfeit the 700. so my question is do i have a case of defence or do i really have to pay the balance10%

i recently bought an alpha v6 and franco f923 from malaysia and only just realised that these fan do not come with the ceiling bracket , i call up the shop n they say for fans in malaysia does not come with the bracket, so my question is ,where can i get those bracket in spore and how much it would roughly cost

I would also recommend the mega discount store , bought most of my electrical product there,I went to expo yesterday to check on the price of the fridge and mega discount store was able to get the price of the fridge lower than wat was quoted at expo

Any idea if the fair in jb is something like in spore whereby most I'd will be there or will it be a fair that sell home furniture,lightings, fan

The cheapest I was qoute in Singapore for the v6 fan was around 280 exlude installation,but of course jb will be much cheaper .

I recently went to the expo for the i/d fair and supreme laminate was one of the com that showcase their product .not sure if it's true but the salesman mention that the price they offer during these show at expo will be much cheaper than those offered by I/d.Btw I was offered the price of 4psf for the supreme flooring made in Malaysia .so my conclusion is that I think you will save more much by going to the show n buy it in person instead of going to I'd
