Thanks for the advice! but shouldn't they include it in when they quote me for the cabinets? just wondering cos it's my first home...

Need to seek expert advice from this forum. My ID quoted me 7000 bucks for full kitchen cabinets. However, after we signed the agreement, they came down to my place for the second time and told me that they forgot to include the base which will cost an additional S$450. I was like.. shouldn't it be part of the total cost of the kitchen stuff? How can you fix kitchen cabinets on the ground without any base? Is the base a standard issue for kitchens when your IDs quote? Please help! Thanks alot in advance!
