  6. Hi, I read in another topic that wooden bi-fold doors aren't advisable. Does anyone know why? What problems did you encounter with them? I have looked at PD bi-fold doors but them seem pretty flimsy for the steep price. From what I've read, Besglas doors seem to be touted as high quality doors but come with an equally high price tag. Are there any other brands in the market? TIA!
  7. Hi, The layout of your flat is exactly the same as ours! We are also in the process of looking for a contractor/id now. Very confusing and exciting all at once Looking forward to updates on your t-blog! Cheers!
  8. That's definitely something to consider SingPost Storage costs are priced pretty competitively too. Will compare and see which is cheaper. Thanks Varadidie!
  9. oh no! should i go direct to supplier instead?
  10. i'm a little concerned as the quote given by my contractor is $1400 for tempered glass doors (swing) for both toilets. seems expensive...
  11. Hey there summerflowers, Thanks for the recommendation Will check it out! Cheers!
  12. Hi, Want to store my stuff at a storage facility but not sure which is good, clean and pest-free. A cousin of mine used one (can't remember the name) and found a nest of insects in her clothes. I searched the web and a few names popped up; Storages, Big Orange, Extra Space, Store-It, Storhub, Lock And Store, SingPost Storage etc. Anyone has tried any of them? Thanks heaps for your help!
