Not possible to waive these extra charges? For my case, my ID suggested we get it ourselves and just pass to carpenter otherwise it will be costly for us if he were to compute in the carpentry work with Blum system. Somehow, the carpenter said they have soft close hinges and will be supplied while discussion with ID & carpenter, so we tot since that's the case we used theirs but just need to buy the Blum drawers. When the wood work is up, we were surprise that he actually uses Blum motion.. So "heng" lah, save us some $ and hassle!

Why not get the Blum from hardware shop and pass to your ID? If I didnt remember wrongly, it cost abt $6 for a pair of hinge (with 1 motion) and the drawer range from $50-$80. Like that can save half of the cost leh.. Yes, it's heavy..i have decided to mount it on the sink after checking with my ID. His concern and mine is the same.. What if the tap is damage, are we able to get the same sized as the existing one? It's not easy to touch up on table top too, plus if there is any problem with the table top hole, it will lead to damages to whole cabinet.. Thanks Froggy!!

I was told that the sink could not withstand the weight of the pozzi industrial tap for long, the tap will be slanted to the front sooner or later. So, I was advised it would be better to drill a hole on the table-top instead of using the existing hole, existing hole to cover up. Any advise from good ppl here???

Thanks gal... This laminate was changed, my 1st choice wasn't this though. Rest if the laminate were from 'jenning' except this from 'EDL'.
