Did anyone catch the news below - "Suntec REIT has applied court order for Picket & Rail to be wound up"?

I have a delivery pending (fully-paid) in early June 2010 due to my delayed renovations. Not sure if my stock is "safe". Called P&R and one of the sales staff told me that the information was inaccurate and that their management has stated clearly in a memo to them that the lawyers are settling this. Now, I'm very worried.
Does anybody have similar problems?
