Hi Hond: With your shelving then you cant probably fix in a 47" TV but smaller size though...I am not doing any shelving so most likely will get a 46-47" TV for the living room though already bought a Samsung 40" TV for my MBR, also already bought our HTS and waiting for Edmund to do up our feature wall n getting ready to fix them up...will get my TV from the IT show starting on 11-14 March... Cant wait for Edmund to do up all my carpentry works asap.... Edmund faster faster....

wow so many aircon... well my hse facing the afternoon sun... so start frm 3pm the sun start coming in so guess the best solution is to fix the ceiling fan... hehe... 24/7 aircon a bit XXXX... Cdah Hi Cdah, Sorry I wont on my aircon 24/7 since during day time we are out to work and only be back home after 6pm. During night time it is windy unless really hot then will on the aircon, if not I guess majority time just natural air since it is so windy. hahhahah...but why install so many aircon right? Good for you to have 95% reno completed.....btw, I didnt fix up ceiling fan for my place as I dont like the ceiling fan at all - to me it has a kopitiam look. ;p I installed aircon for 3 bedrooms and the living room - system 4 inverter... May get a tower fan later if needed since my high floor unit is always windy at night... There are 2 wet markets - 1 at Tanjong Pagar and 1 at Chinatown.....

Urs should be same width @ 700mm but slighter shorter in height How much did you pay for it? I only paid S$459 for the Sharp Fridge and S$379 for a LG 7.5kg weight load washer at Gain City. However, we have a S$150 voucher from GC so we deduct off so total damaged is $459+$379-$100=$738...good deal right? Yes it's bright enough for bedside area esp. since it's a wall hung type. When switched on, only the circumference area lights up. Centre is still the mirror finish from the bulb. Looks pretty cool. hehe And yea, you are right, it's swivel, 360deg rotatable & the chrome spherical holder can also rotate 360deg as well. Very versatile. How much you pay for it and did Edmund install it for you?

Nevermind when you are richer you can do it....I didnt do too as I didnt do the shower screen and Edmund said that no point doing the vanity cabinet as it will become wet which will damage it later. Maybe when I sell my Pinnacle unit and move to condo and I will have my vanity cabinet in new condo...hahhahhahahah.... Last night went to Pinnacle to put down 3 tier storage rack and saw that my floor level alot of empty electrical applicance boxes - like fridge, washer, etc....guess my neighbours have moved in slowly but still pretty quiet leh but then compared to a month ago not many ppl move in but I saw that alot of lights are on now....good to see that more n more ppl are moving in n Pinnacle will not be a quiet block now. So Hond, you no scared now alot of ppl there liao...hahahha.....

Lastly, my bedside wall hung vintage lamp from Lorgan Dining table from Xtra also delivered today. But forgot to take pic Very cute wall hung lamp - is it bright? If we cant get a floor lamp we may consider getting a wall hung - is it swivel? At least hung on the wall will not take up space ah....right choice! Hi Hond: we dont have to co-ordinate everything ourselves but Edmund will do everything for us. We just need to tell him what we want and all the requirements will be fullfilled. However, at times he will tell you that this doesnt match or that colour sense doesnt go well. So far I have no problems with him and hopefully everything will go swee swee till hand over. Btw, did you do vanity cabinet for your toilets?

Blue: Does Edmund gurantee his work for 1-2 years? I understand from my colleague that Weiken gurantee her for 2 years should she find out any defects later. What if Edmund does not and we have some defects later, can we find him?
