Install window in the service yard????????? I dont quite understand you leh....I thought our yard got all the grille except on the aircon ledge?

hahhahaha...eat wind??????hahhahahhaha.....oh ya - u are at the corner unit hor so when it rains heavily your yard will get really wet.....i am going to &$)*$)*$&) again at the designer of Pinnacle - I really wonder did he take into all these consideration for us when he designed Pinnacle...when it rains the yard got wet, the car park wet too! Yard sooooooo dark for middle unit and no sun at all for our clothes! sigh......

My purpose of putting blind is not to shed the rain but more on privacy purposes. Definitely it is going to be on both side (one facing aircon n the other facing corridor) HB doesnt like roller blind as it will definitely block the wind n our clothes will not dry up. Currently, when we open our yard door it is very windy but the flaw is our neighbour can see us since we are in the middle unit. If we close our yard door then not much wind and it is quite warm lor - Jason also mentioned about bamboo blind - anyway, he will meet me next week when he is more available to discuss further with me. He will also pass me 2 small cushions for my sofa as I got him to do for me to match my living room curtains. Grace/Chipee: if you are thinking of customise your bay windows cushion - give Jason a thinker.

Hi Cosmic - is it true that Blk F & G got no carpark over there? 1 of the forumers at other forum said cant find any carpark there but I thought there is 1 for F & G residents? What is your view? Should be PSA and Sentosa right? Must be very windy is it?

Place 2 cushions there or customise 1 long cushion over there n enjoy yr kopi later.... Btw, did anyone here do any blind for your yard? I'm thinking of doing it to have more privacy as my neighbour can see us when we open our service yard door - they can even peep thru when we are having dinner and I hate this! I spoke to Jason and told him I want to do Venetian blind but he suggested to have roller blind instead as Venetian will create noise since it is pretty windy at times. I am just afraid that with the roller blind up it will block the wind....any ideas there beside installing blind?

Hi Cosmic - you can always install the opennet at the switchbox and u wont see the "mrt" track at all...I did mine in this way and I'm very pleased with it.... Btw, which blk are you in?

Plastering? U hack off your kitchen wall? I dont think you can choose the brand of paint but colour yes - Edmund is using ICI if I recall well....

Just bear in mind that white will need maintainence hor - I kind of regret choosing white for my kitchen as I really have to maintain them after cooking - clean n clean ....really tiring lor especially after work.....white is nice but hard to maintain....just my 2cts comment...hehehhe....

Overall what is your theme of the house? White and Grey or mixture of colours?

sigh...what can we say? Like u said complain or no complain also sama sama..... Went to Molecule just now and saw 1 very nice clock but u know how nice the price is lah....400+++ for a clock!!!!!!!!!!! Aiyoooooo.....doesnt worth lah - I might as well get a kopi machine....hehhehe....

Hi all, Do you notice that the way the designer do for Pinnacle is really horrible as last Sat it was heavy downpour and the whole carpark was soooooooo wet? I saw my corner neighbour corridor was sooooooooo wet - this is very terrible! How can internally be so wet ah????? Pinnacle exterior nice to look at but interior wise, workmanship is really BAD!!!!! Can you imagine my MBR toilet showerhead holder is sooooooooooo rusty now - less than a month stay? Last Sat went to BSC complaints n complaints!!! I am really tired of complainting!!!!!!! Then these BSC ladies told me I am not the only person who complaint and they also commented that pinnacle nice to see outside but inside really horrible! We paid a premium price but getting such lousy workmanship from HDB!!!!!

Right decision to buy instant heater! If I can turn back I will install instant water heater instead of storage heater...maybe the next house ...hhahha... Who is installing the ceiling fan for you? If Edmund has completed the painting 2nd coat then you can get them to install the fan for you so that when Edmund painter does the final touch up - they can touch up the ceiling for you since normally installation will dirty the place. Wow! Chimney hood somemore - u doing open concept kitchen? I cant wait to see your pics...hehheheh....

Hey, dont get storage heater!!!! I regret now getting the storage heater as sometimes it really burnt us (too hot), if not it is soooooooooo cold at times - we just cant get the right temperature instantly just like the instant heater. Furthermore, got to take away 2 hanging pole as 25L Joven Storage heater is abit big. Anyway, u guys know the best for yourself and I'm just sharing my experience here.... Chipee: Are your wardrobe up? Today my Opennet installation and I hope they can minimise the tracking....wish me good luck!

I have never think it is Edmund's worker since we didnt ask him to do anything on our toilets and I believe you didnt do too right? Did you overlay your toilets floor tiles? Most likely I will get Opennet to install the cable inside the electrical conduit cabinet near to the main door n later get Edmund electrician to lay 2 power socket points for us. Hi all, Do check whether you have problem on the toilet drainage as when we bathe we have abit of "flood" as the water flows down is abit slow. I will have to talk to BSC on this to get them to check it out. I am afraid it is choke.....any comment or solution there? It is always when you move in then you realise bits of problems here n there...sianzzzzzzzzz

Chipee: Good to have bay window in 2 bedrooms especially on the master room as you can sit there enjoying the night view before you zzzzzzzzzzzz at nite. We wanted bay window for our MBR too but the floor that we want already picked by others and the other blk F & G they do have but we dont want to stay in Blk F. Anyway, no complaints as we are already very lucky to have an unit in Pinnacle with high floor somemore. Grace: Wow - I really envy you working in Raffles Place leh - I work in Tuas South hor, every morning and evening traffic jam all the way from AYE...sianzzzzzzzzzz....looking for other greener pasture, got robang there?....hehehhehehe.....
