Hey Chipee...show us the pics!!!!!!!! Is Edmund going to do false ceiling for you? I guess he is going to be very busy now since you gals all completed opennet and renovation got to continue from there..... Did you check with yr HB on the casing? Does it looks like a snake?

What do you mean by red backsplash? U mean the tempered glass panel at the kitchen for easy cleaning is it? U can always choose other colours mah.... Personally I like brightness at home but the morning sun is really too hot even we draw our curtain. I guess our curtain within 1 year will become old already...hahahha...everyday suntanned....hehhehe..Jason will be very happy to hear from me to do another set...hahahhaha... As for solar film, Jason advised me to check with HDB whether it is legally to fix up as HDB may not allow us to do it....any idea anyone?

Grace/Chipee: are you gals considering doing the solar film for your bedrooms and living rooms? I'm considering leh as every morning kana morning sun, my bedframes, TV n HTS will spoilt sooner with every day sun tanning. In additional, every weekend cant sleep later as it is really soooooooooo hot! I called up Edmund (not A-Decor) another solar film provider n he estimated quoted $980 for S1 unit in Pinnacle...I wonder is it expensive or market rate...any idea there?

Grace: If you are in FS then red is not supposed to be inside kitchen.....so once you done up this opennet thingy Edmund can install your false ceiling already? I am really quite worried on my side as this is for sure going to be additional cost for us unless we want to see the casing running all over...sianzzzzzzzzz

Have you chosen your cabinet colour?

Grace/Chipee: Pls take pics on Opennet n show to me as my appointment on 12/4 and may need to get Edmund to assist on this Opennet thingy as we hope to run the casing on the false ceiling though near to the TV there it is unavoidable to see some casing revealing.... I think Chipee is having her opennet installation today right? Chipee?

Chipee/Grace: Did you gals visit the Megatex IT shows? I got my 42" TV from there already...hehehhe...so by coming Thur Sofa n TV will be mounted on the feature wall - at last I can start my Wii game soon...hahhahha....

Morning all! Thanks Chipee for the compliment! Before Edmund do my wardrobe n canopy shelf I just told him our requirement that we do not wish to show our TV when we zzzzzzzzz so he suggest to have such concept - something like hotel style.......initially Edmund carpenter reveal all the bare bare laminate inside which we find it weird so we told them that they have to paste another laminate inside same like the outside laminate. They did it. If you just do 1 wardrobe inside your MBR you should have space to put in 32" LCD TV leh, y u said u dont have much space? MBR is slightly bigger than the rest of the bedrooms....are you putting more cabinets inside your MBR?

Chipee: Have you remove those red n blue stickers inside your toilets? I havent leh though I have already moved in! hahhahaha....anyway, should you remove them, pls take pics before that as these are the areas of water and electrical pipe so that we will not "kanna" them in future should we need to re-novate our place later.....get what I mean?

Blue: know what? Jason is proposing me to get a divider like your living room for my living room for FS purposes but I guess not possible for my side since my area is not as big as yours! Hopefully the 3 seaters sofa can sort of block off....hahahhaha....

I'm sure he will tell you "Yr place already so bright so must have some dark colour"....hahhahaha....anyway, we have the right to choose the colours but my whole house colours were chosen by Edmund and turns up quite nice lah...misty colour for the living room, hallway, service yard, bomb shelter and ppl tot that it is white but though it is very very light greyish....

Chipee: You can always add this into your reno now...hehehhehe....I got a canopy shelf for my MBR too but not like BLUE leave it open but I hide my TV when we are zzzzzzzzzzz and when we want to watch TV then we show our TV - if not it is just a display shelves...hehhehehe...really huge looking at it as we wall mount our 40" TV inside.....

Yes, I must agree with you that the wardrobe really huge and can stuff lots of things inside...hahhahaha....I only did 1 wardrobe for MBR as the huge wardrobe really "eat" into space. Did you do the mount onto the wall writting top just like BLUEWATER? I did mine something like BLUE but with bookshelf connecting to it since the bookshelf also act as a blockage opposite the common toilet sink - fengshui purposes...hehehhehe... Hey, show us your pics lah - pics tell everything...hehehhehe

BLUE: Do you cover your TV during sleep?

hahhahahahha...so now not only I noticed that Edmund prefer dark colour but you too ah....Yes, he tends to ask whether want to pick black, grey, brown...hahhahah....so you prefer light colours? I think you have to take into consideration whether your place is bright or dark before you choose your colour....my place is very bright so we have to match with a darker colour for our theme, if not bright with light colour not so outstanding lor.... Service yard n kitchen norm lah - dark but luckily has chosen a very bright ceiling lights. Phew!

What does Missoni Home sell?

Chipee: Since you have already done up your kitchen cabinet, may I know what colour have you chosen for inside? White or light brown laminate?

Wow - u really maintain them well - every week polish them somemore....u wont feel tired ah? So you just buy nice nice lights to put up? Are you getting Edmund's electrician to install the lights for you or you are doing it yourself? How many wardrobe did you get Edmund to do it? 3 bedrooms? Have you paint your house? I intend to get a pic with clock - kill 2 birds with a stone...hehhehehe....the other time went to City Square but couldnt get what we like so maybe will pop by Whampoa there which I knew 1 small shop beside the traditional bread shop selling nice pic with clock....

Wazz: Really nice house you have and I dont think I have the pleasure of island cabinet in Pinnacle since our kitchen is sooooo small... Chipee: Can you accomodate such Island cabinet in your kitchen? I always like breakfast top just like BLUEWATER place but Pinnacle kitchen is way too small to put in the breakfast top unless mini top but moving area will be very limited.....sigh....

Yes, our kitchen floor tiles are grey with black grouting lines...(that's really an eye sore but no choice n will leave it in this way till I am richer in another 3-5 years and I may redo or rent out Pinnacle) hahhahaha.... Grace: What's your colour of your kitchen cabinet? Dark brown just like Chipee? Dark colour is easier to maintain in the long run. I have chosen dark brown woodgraine for my wardrobe with inside light brown laminate n not white and i believe you can choose borders for your wardrobe if you want to match with the laminate...have you chosen yours with Edmund?
