ya..20k quoted with aluminium grills, including the one at service yard. actually alan have a standard package tat cost abt 12k, with i think 150m of grills(excluding service yard) cuz service yard and the rooms grills are different. service yard grills hve to be spray with colours approve by hdb. the package is written on the flyer tat they gave out at the carpark. didn't do windows cuz they say the rain wont come in...haha. but better to do grills, like much more safer to prevent any intruders

yup..alan's renovation is very fast..now only waiting for the mirror and tempered glass which takes abt 10 days for it to arrive. i find master bedroom a bit small..so we only did a wardrobe and getting a new bedframe and side table fm seahorse. quotation is handwritten on a invoice, as alan was able to give us the price immediately based on our requirement....so hard for me to copy and paste.. but basically the quotation is for the items of the pic posted. of cuz excluding lights and air con. the sink/tap, hob and hood is inclusive of the quotation, but we did a slight top up for the hob and hood as we wanted a change of colour. the most expensive items are the mirrors in living room, tempered glass door in master bedroom toilet & kitchen and tempered glass for kitchen walls between the cabinets.

Selection of wall paints and cupboard laminates Aircon engineer came down to collect deposit and discuss tubing plans and take measurements. Went to Italu to select whole house lightings. Abt 20 lightings. 18th October 2010 - Gavin Care came to install Aircon. Mansory works in kitchen started and done up. Wiring started and done up too.
