  1. Thanks for earlier info. Please advise that the cheque should be made in name of Seller lawyers or purchaser lawyer, As I understand I need to give the remaining amount cheque (excluding share from CPF) in my lawyer name and then he will collectively give to seller lawyer. Any comments for cheques to be give.
  2. Hi Guys, I have already exercise OTP for a 10 year old Private condo, before the exercise the seller have changed the hand over time from 10 weeks to 12 weeks. I have already sign-in the loan documents from OCBC bank. Now Can you kindly advise me things I need to keep in mind DURING this 3 months waiting period and AFTER IT. Like Do I need to intact with the Condo Management Office. A.Topics need to discuss with Lawyer. 1. 2. B.Topics need to discuss with OCBC Bank for loan. 1. 2. C.   4. Hi All, Asking for a friend of mine, Can a buyer back out of a deal if he does not find the house good enough as initially many stuff at Appt so can't see properly. He pay 1% fee by cheque and did not sign OTP (OTP sign by seller) Next day he find the house not good and he cancel the check payment by bank. Now Seller asking him to pay him 1% fee and if he not pay he will take legal action. How much Buyer is bound to pay 1% fee as the very next day he cancel the deal, so much before 14 days. Do share any Feedback.
  5. Hi, I just pay the 1% amount cheque for a 10 years old condo, but now I want to cancel the deal and don't want to exercise OTP for the 4% along with bank and lawyer. The owner did not bank-in the check yet to his account of 1% of agreed price. How I can save my 1%. Regards, Jason
