I bought a dining cabinet from Nova. The sales guy claimed that the workmanship is superb, blah blah blah. When delivered, I thought they have given me the displayed unit. I called and the same sales guy said "Oh, then your piece is worst then my showroom display unit." And promised to do something about it. I did not hear from him for 2 days and sms him. No response. I sms again the following day. He smsed back that he is on sick leave and asked me to call delivery hotline. I called and called and no one answer. Took me 2 days to reached the right person after bluffed by one rude lady to look for a none existing service guy. (She anyhow give me a name)
Finally arranged 2 guys to come and change the doors, drawers and tempered glass.
One inner doors has an obvious 30 cm deep cut, lots of scratches on both doors. Drawers are not aligned and chipped. Scratches on the tempered glass top. Chips on the shelves.
It took one of them more than an hour to repair and touchup till it looks like totally brand new. But still the new replacement glass top has even more scratches. Sigh! They wanted to change another day but forget it. I'm not going to ding ding dong dong with them. Got better things in life to do.
My conclusion is despite good repair service, I don't think I'll get another furniture from Nova again for such poor quality products.
