Right now we're still searching for an ID/contractor. Actually until Saturday, we had sort of decided that we are going to choose Contractor "A". Then one of our other shortlisted IDs (lets call them ID "B") came back to us with a revised quote that was attractive enough to make us confused!!! Contractor A: + Good reputation + Been doing renovation for a long time, so very experienced + Not pushy + Reasonably priced + Offers practical advice - Does not offer design advice ID B + Offers design advice + Very friendly and easy to talk to + Reasonably priced - Have not read any reviews about their work - Relatively new company I feel comfortable with Contractor A cos i've read alot of reviews about him.. On the other hand, i do like ID B. Very easy to talk to and she offers good design advice so we don't need to crack our heads too much So now i'm very confused
