    Sigh....Think I've paid the most COV so far. 5RM EM Hougang Ave 1 COV:55K Valuation:425K Me and Fiancee really like the house. Very unique. 4 Storey blk, we taking the top 3rd and 4th floor. 4th floor with roof/ interior high ceiling up to pointed roof.

    Stairs can cost from 10 to 20K already. Kitchen easily 15K. Got a few quotations from several ID. Add up total 30-40K. Really depends on what u want.
