  1. Dog owners, pls try to see from the perspective of people who are afraid of dogs. It's like people who are griped by fear when they see lizards, cockroaches, etc or for people are afraid of heights. It is difficult to overcome psychological barriers. Hearing these wrods 'dun worry, it will not bite', followed by no further action from the dog owner definitely is not going to help a person who is afraid by dogs, when faced with a dog. What seems perfectly all right to the owner is actually scaring the wits out of the other person! Dog owners are free to let their dogs roam within their private property. But when in public (including common strata areas), dog owners should appreciate that not everyone is comfortable with animals and should keep their dogs on leash. In that way, we will all be able to live harmonously.
